*laugh* It took me a while to actually post some of my jewelry here since it was mostly student stuff. Then I graduated (with a Jewelry/Metalwork major) and it's now my actual job (I assist a jewelry artist in Atlanta, GA)! Now I get to work on whatever I want and can afford material for. Still working on getting my actual website up with all the pretties I'm making. As far as artwork goes, I've dabbled in a bunch of different things (painting, drawing, murals, woodburning, bookmaking, printmaking, and pottery to name a couple of them). Metalworking, particularly making jewelry, is by far and away my favorite thing to do. I like working with silver best, and I'm particularly happy with my chased pieces (like the quail belt buckle and cuff) and my pierced pieces (like the reversible unicorn pendant). My absolute favorite thing to do though is to make custom pieces for people. I love it when I manage to create something that can be so special and treasured by one person!

Yay! It's little comments like this that make artists like me insanely happy.
